Midtown Tampa is a mixed-use facility set on 22 acres with 1.8 million square feet of retail, residential, 3 Class A office buildings, entertainment and hospitality.
The South Terminal C Complex at the Orlando International Airport includes the APM (Automated People Mover), which connects to the ITF (Intermodal Terminal Facility), the airport’s all-new train station. This project is ongoing.
The BP443 - Airside 4 project is a renovation of the north terminal at Orlando International Airport, including reconfiguration and relocation of TSA, as well as gate updates to accommodate jumbo aircraft and additional international service to and from Orlando.
The MCO North Terminal ticket lobby was completed in 2018. The terminal features all-digital backwalls at the counters, tile throughout and additional space for travelers; the space features wood slat ceilings and terrazzo floors.
OPC is providing back of house and mixed for Project 370 for client Hoar Construction, including kitchen, swimming pool, and site work for Universal Orlando’s Endless Summer Resort.
This new skilled nursing facility involved the complete construction of a one-story, 90-bed facility totaling approximately 75,850 SF. The facility includes luxury amenities with a bistro, 2 courtyards, and a movie theater. It is located in Pensacola, Florida, conveniently located across the street from West Florida Hospital.
Mill Creek Elementary School (K-8) is located in St. Augustine, Florida. The St. Johns County School District increased the school by 60,170 gross square feet to meet the need for additional space.
OPC provided project scheduling services for the Congleton-Hacker Company on The University of Kentucky’s College of Law building renovation to grow with changing educational needs of its law students. The $53 million facility was originally built in 1965. The new state of the art facility will allow faculty, staff and students to collaborate together.
OPC is providing schedule oversight for the Virgin Trains Orlando project for client WSP USA. The Miami-based train system, which will hold its groundbreaking ceremony in Orlando in June, will start work for the Phase 2 route from Orlando to Miami this month. Construction of the route is expected to be completed in 2022.
OPC completed the AECOM BP-474 project renovating rooms in the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport. The hotel’s newly renovated rooms allow guests to sleep soundly and enjoy excellent runway views, just a short walk from flight check-in.
